Tastefully decorated, this fantastic apartment with 200m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

There is a dining area with a large table and a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

Four ensuite bedrooms have a comfy double bed (some with a TV) and another with a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Guests can also access a private backyard for their enjoyment.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a fantastic location to explore the city. Popular attractions such as Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral, and Torre dos Clérigos are just a short distance away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area, including Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. Whether you're a book lover, history enthusiast, or foodie, this location is perfect for immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Porto.

This accommodation is situated in a prime location and offers easy access to various transportation options. The Trindade station is just a 2-minute walk away, allowing guests to explore the city and its surrounding areas effortlessly. Additionally, the Aliados station is a mere 5-minute walk, providing further convenience for travellers. The Porto São Bento station is just a 10-minute walk away for those looking to venture further.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
