"My husband & I stayed at “L’Isola” for three months & loved every minute! The apartment is in a very clean, quiet building with private, locked parking lot. "Planned to stay 2 nights but only stayed 1. We had several issues and we couldn't wait to leave. 1. Owner didn't email us check-in information until 2 hours before arrival so we had to leave Catania not knowing the details of check-in. 2. The property was run-down- mold in the shower, a filthy stove, old kitchen with a half-empty water bottle on the counter, filthy oven and freezer. 3. "The newly renovated apartments were a delight, featuring new furniture and effective air conditioning in the bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the nice balcony. The grocery store nearby and close proximity to the Valley of the Temples made our stay convenient. Additionally, the enclosed parking enhanced our feeling of safety. Rafael, the property manager, was very kind and communicative."
