In the wonderful area overlooking the renowned town of Porto Cesareo, about 150m from the beach in the Strea area, we rent a very comfortable detached house, perfect for groups of people, where you want to be together while maintaining privacy. The spacious house, on 2 levels, has a beautiful courtyard, in which the first part is used as a parking space (shaded by a climbing vine) and the second, front and side, is equipped with tables/chairs for outdoor dining.

The ground floor has 3 entrances, front and side, excellent for moving around without disturbing fellow guests. The front one leads to a large bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, a side entrance gives access to the living room with kitchen from which to enter the area with 2 complete bathrooms (shower cubicle and toilets). The other entrance leads into a comfortable double room. From the courtyard to the side, a useful staircase leads to the beautiful upper floor, consisting of an attic. More precisely we see: double bedroom, bathroom (with toilet, bidet, sink and shower) and bright and large living room. This large room has an area with an equipped kitchen and an area with a double bed. A divider may or may not be created between them using the ingenious folding wooden cover. From the living room we enter the beautiful solarium terrace, overlooking the sea, where we notice deckchairs and various furniture.

The layout, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make this holiday home perfect for travellers who wish to spend a nice Salento holiday, enjoying their own space.

You are in a wonderful area of the magical heel of Italy, that of Porto Cesareo, characterized by numerous enchanting beaches and a lively evening life (where there is no shortage of typical bars). Just 150m away you will have the small beach of Strea, an area where the water remains shallow for many meters from the coast (in fact, strea in dialect means little girl, as bathing is safe for the little ones).

Arrivals between 3pm and 8pm. For arrivals after 8pm, a supplement will be charged.
