Location is everything! Enjoy easy access from this perfectly located home base. Less than 10 miles from Portland International Airport and 2 miles from Vancouver City Center. All the comforts and convenience of city life without the commotion and traffic. Well maintained and updated. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, river, and biking and walking paths. Two large bedrooms, and bathrooms. Property is in a complex with access to a gym, swimming pool (seasonal), and sauna.

NW stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, especially how close it was to the riverfront trails. It enabled us to walk to restaurants, where we could enjoy a good food, a glass of good wine, or beer, or some good coffee! The place was very neat and clean and was perfect for two couples. There was train, plane, and traffic noise, but not that bad and to be expected for this area, We had all the amenities we needed, and the WiFi worked great! Loved it, loved it! We will return!

Great stay
Great property for a three night two day stay around Portland. Spent one day in city, second day around Columbia River and Mt. Hood, and it was a great place to come back to after the day. Please read other reviews for legit concerns (stairs, trains/planes, etc.) but none of it significantly impacted our stay. Best aspect was fully stocked with toilet paper,, basic kitchen supplies, a few bottles of water and snacks, soap and shampoo, , etc. Much appreciated aspect compared to some VRBO experiences.

Clean waterfront property
The unit was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils. The townhome village property was quiet and also clean. Nearby restaurants, waterfront, downtown Vancouver and Interstate were all easily assessable.

Too many issues…
The stairs were a real problem and there was no mention of them online. They were long and steep and we had large heavy luggage that never made it up to the bedrooms. The only bathrooms were on the third floor up two steep flights of stairs from the front door. Parking was a problem as we had two cars and besides the one car garage there was no other dedicated parking. We needed more information to find the garbage cans which seemed to be located 1/2 block away from the condo. I would encourage more information about these items on the listing. Especially the stairs.

Wonderful location!
Had a great stay. Beds super comfy. Small note, thought there would be laundry soap, but no. Luckily Fred Meyer is very close by. Overall wonderful home and would definitely stay there again!

Overall a nice stay!
Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! Bao was very responsive, thoughtful & generous helping us get wood for the fireplace. Restaurants were in easy walking distance. The garage was a lovely touch with an extra parking permit as well. I gave 4 stars for check in as we figured out you have to hold the garage door opener the whole time or the door stops & the temperature could have been set up a bit more, I think it was set at 55! There were nice cozy blankets to cuddle up & watch a movie, though! There are 2 sets of stairs & each have a kiddy gate which is great for smaller kids. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Stay during ice storm.
Although stayed during bad ice storm we were warm and dry inside. We were even able to walk to a restuarant nearby. Only minor comment was there were some wall switches that could figure out what they were for.

Great time in Vancouver WA
Thanks to Bao Chang and their amazing home we had an amazing few days in Vancouver WA. Having never been to the area before this I was not too sure what to expect, but this condo was the perfect place to enjoy the amazing riverfront and downtown of Vancouver. Everything was just a short walk away from restaurants to a cute coffee shop. And the place itself has everything you need for a restful and fun stay. Loved it! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Bao!

Nice condo in waterfront area
We liked staying at this nice condo. It was near a walking/running path by the Columbia River. It has an inviting dining room and living area for visiting with family. There was a good variety of coffee and tea and supplies you might need. The beds were comfortable. We liked the clean workout room for the complex.

Great condo and location. Really enjoyed how close it is to everything. Condo is as nice and clean as described. Only comment would be to indicate that the condo is 3 floors and bedrooms and baths are on 3rd floor. Otherwise a great experience.

Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Only 410 steps per Fitbit to the Columbia river and 2 riverfront restaurants. Good communication.

Our stay in this condo was very nice. The home was very updated and clean in a beautiful location near the River and restaurants. The owner added some thoughtful touches like shampoos, lotions, laundry soap, coffees, flavorings, a well-tooled kitchen and it had a garage which was a plus. Cozy home for a getaway-🌺.

This townhouse is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants & a cute coffee shop (that also sells great ice cream). It’s clean, had a cute coffee bar.
