For groups visiting Portland and the surrounding areas, the Woodstock Townhouse is a pretty special place. Sitting in the heart of Southeast Portland you are centrally located to most everything while at the same time well away from the bustle of downtown.

With seven bedrooms, and an open kitchen, dining, and living room layout this property is perfect for a large family or a group. The decor and design is all completely new with countless fantastic finishes. Every piece was procured to produce the perfect blend of style and comfort. T

Upon entering the foyer you are greeted with a wide half set of stairs that leads up to the main level. A fully stocked kitchen with seating at the island combines with the nearby dining room to offer a great place to collect and enjoy time together. Relax just beyond in the living room and stream something fun while you rest and recuperate before your next set of adventures. There is a full bath next to the bedroom on this level.

Ascend upstairs to find three more bedrooms. The first has two full beds for maximum flexibility while enjoying bright fun vibes. Along the same hall you will find two more bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

"Use of all outdoor spaces by ASTR guests is prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. all days, except when entering or exiting the house. The hours of outdoor space use must be listed in the House Rules and may be more but not less restrictive.


The ASTR use must comply with City Title 18, Noise Control. Among other regulations, Title 18 sets limits on sound levels that impact residential properties. Section 18.12.020.B addresses permissible levels of sound producing or reproducing equipment. The following activities are in violation of Title 18: Operating or permitting the use or operation of any device designed for sound production or reproduction in such a manner as to cause a noise disturbance; or operating or permitting the operating or use of any such device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as to be plainly audible within any dwelling unit which is not the source of sound.

Commercial meetings are prohibited. Commercial meetings include luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fund raising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings for direct or indirect compensation."

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **There is a ring doorbell at this location**

We really hope you enjoy this incredible location to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. An enormous amount of time and effort went into creating what we hope is one of the most special short term rentals you will find in the region.

No AC, terrible customer service
At first we were thrilled by the size and the appearance of the property. It’s beautiful. And my compliments end there. The text communication with customer support was frustrating, starting with all the work they asked me to do to fix a TV not working after I diagnosed the problem (no Roku in the TV as indicated and promised). Quickly realized the central AC wasn’t working. Tried to sleep with windows open the first night, awakened over and over by the noise from bar across the street and someone vomiting outside at 4am. Brought this to the attention of customer support & was told they knew it wasn’t working that’s why they put two portable units in the house…. It’s 3 stories, the one bedroom with the portable unit stayed cool. The rest of the house never dropped below 80 degrees. The portable unit in the kitchen was “installed” in such a way that the hot air was blowing back into the kitchen. Incredibly dissapointed. Especially with all of the text messages asking me to give a 5 star review after all of the unhelpful text messaging all weekend. Would never have booked this place if the AC issue was disclosed.

Great house, broken hvac
The house and neighborhood were nice and would recommend. Unfortunately the a/c did not work for the entire stay. We totally understand that things happen and our group makes the best of the over heated situation. Management was activity in trying to remedy the problem and brought in a couple of portable a/c that helped. Otherwise, our group enjoyed the property and would recommend for others when the hvac gets fixed.
