The Rose Quarter is the hub of Portland sports and entertainment and is home to the Moda Center, Veterans Memorial Coliseum and Oregon Convention Center. The Rose Quarter Transit Center, within walking distance, provides access to three MAX lines and six bus routes, so all things lead to the Rose Quarter.

The space
The Lloyd Park Condominium building is so vintage but with all the updates. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor, note there is no elevator. It is a corner unit and shares no walls with neighbors. It has a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counters and dishwasher. It has pristine hardwood floors throughout and a washer and dryer in the unit. The bed is queen sized. This space is loaded with charm.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole space. It is a third floor walk up unit. There is no elevator. It is a corner unit and shares no walls with neighbors.
Other things to note
Parking: Directly adjacent to the building, parking is metered through the City of Portland’s Pay to Park program. Meter hours are 8am to 7pm Monday through Saturday and from 1pm to 7pm on Sunday unless otherwise posted.

Bike Parking: There is bike storage inside the building in three locations:
1. In the Utility Room on the ground floor, where the gas meters are located and on the way to the exterior garbage and recycling.
2. In the storage room on the ground floor, immediately to the right.
3. At the base of both stairwells on the ground floor.
NOTE: For additional security, always lock your bike.
