"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Superb location, great house, plenty of space, comfy bed and pillows . Well equipped although no logs for the wood burner so had to buy some, small issue though. Enjoyed our short stay "

"Lovely position overlooking Porthtowan and south west along the coast to Carbis Bay and St Ives. Close to the coastal path providing beautiful walks to many tin mines along the heritage coast trails. Perfect getaway whatever the weather. Very comfortable and showers were excellent "

"We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"We spent 1 lovely week in Cornwall in this well equipped and cozy house. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. A beautiful, rarely visited beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. It is an ideal place to explore the south coast of Cornwall."

"We stayed for one night as we had an early flight, we were out before breakfast so they provided a snack in a bag for us without being asked. The room was fine and did what we needed. We ate in the bar and the food was very nice and a good portion. We would use this place again."

"Excellent and comfy....nice location. Poor phone signal if on the 02 network. Internet was great in public areas but poor in the room. Great comfy beds, and an excellent powerful shower. Great space and lovely cushions. Staff were helpful when engaged. Great o cation short walk to the beach and close to the twin of Newquay for shopping."
