"Beautiful property; perfect for hosting an out of town wedding party, and having a "after rehersal" reception. There were a few issues. There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut...

"We really enjoyed our visit to Tulsa and this property was within 5 minutes of our event. We were very pleased with the accomodations as we all had our own rooms. The backyard is very big and has a lovely covered porch to sit and enjoy. The neighborhood is very nice and is very well maintedned . Thank you again for helping us have a great time!"

"House was clean, we were given the incorrect key pad combination, and it took 10-25 mins to get straightened out. Pics were a fair representation of the rooms. There were a few maintenance/upkeep issues i.e. ants in master bedroom and bath, doors not closing correctly. Upstairs shower the thresholds kept falling off doors"

"Had a family reunion and the house was perfect!! Clean, all the essentials you need plus felt very safe. The long dining room table was the best part because it’s the ultimate place to visit. We were close to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Our host is amazing. Great communication!!"

"We had the best stay in this adorable home. House felt warming and cozy. Backyard is big and sitting in the back on the chairs was the best quiet time. We loved that we still left that we were cozy in a spot yet able to drive close to many ideal spots and be tourists in Tulsa. Planning another trip and if this place is available will definitely stay here again."
