Absolute Bay Frontage with Fire and Spa Bath

Summary:
Situated on the shores of Half Moon Bay, this beautifully presented home boasts absolute bay frontage. The spectacular water views span from the You Yangs to Melbourne’s skyline and around to the Mornington Peninsula. The beach is directly opposite, with foreshore trails for miles in either direction. Inhale the salt air and experience the rejuvenation that only the coastal can offer. Sleeping up to 11 guests, this light and bright home has 3 living areas and dual balconies.

The Space:
Located in a front row position on The Esplanade, the spectacular water views are mesmerising and the foreshore is directly opposite. Offering an expansive layout designed to maximise the panoramic bay front views, ensuring comfort, openness and ample natural light. The glistening waters have an enchanting allure, and can be enjoyed from many positions within the home.

The large open plan top floor has ample space for two living zones, dining, kitchen and a bathroom. The living and dining space is warmed by a gas log fire, with wicker lounges and a hammock to relax in, or arm chairs to survey the water views with the telescope (please note NO FURNITURE, NOR THE HAMMOCK, MAY BE TAKEN OUTSIDE, except feel free to take the white plastic chairs outside). and a 6-seater dining table for memorable family meals.
The tv area has the comfort of split system air conditioning. Features include free to air TV, plus lounge suites to relax.
Another lounge, dining space is downstairs, but please note: the kitchen downstairs only has bare essentials. Upstairs kitchen and dining is where the magic happens.

The kitchen is visually stunning and functional, boasting timber cabinetry, dual ovens, gas cooktop, butler’s pantry and a huge stone bench incorporating casual dining and bar stools. A coffee machine with fresh coffee is the perfect start to your day.

Year-round indoor/outdoor living options are a highlight, with sliding doors and full span glazing ensuring a seamless transition to the outdoor spaces. Two balconies boast protected covered sections and the opportunity for full sun on open balconies. Cook up a storm on the BBQ and take in world-class views whilst you’re entertaining. At night, the Melbourne cityscape sparkles in spectacular fashion.

There are four bedrooms, beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. The generous master suite has a King-size bed, large walk-in robe and breathtaking bay views. Take our word for it, you’ll want to perch yourself here with a cup of tea on slow mornings... bliss.

The 2nd bedroom has a Double base/Single top bunk bed + Single bed trundle (available by request at the time of booking). **This room is best suited to children/teenagers. (Parents please note: the spare single could be used for a child in the master bedroom, if required).

The magnificent upstairs bathroom has a decadent resort-style elegance, with floor-to-ceiling tiles, Caesarstone vanity counters and a step-up spa bath. Please note there is a laundry and 2nd and third bathroom downstairs with 2 additional showers, another bathtub and 2 more toilets.

This house is directly opposite the foreshore so you can walk for miles in either direction along the water’s edge on the bayside trails. A short stroll will take you to parks, reserves, beaches and the foreshore, with Portarlington’s main shops 2.5km’s away. On and off-street parking available.

Portarlington is 1 hour 40 mins by car from Melbourne CBD.

Amazing beach view house
Fantastic accomodation, great location, beach views and just walk across the road and you are on the beach. Shops and restaurants only 5 mins away by car. Communication with property manager was very efficient and effective.

The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the bay and breathtaking views from every angle. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the water was an absolute highlight. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The spa bath was a real treat, providing a relaxing experience after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The fireplace added a cozy ambiance in the evenings, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The layout of the house is spacious, and the modern furnishings are thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort. The outdoor space was another favorite spot, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and views of the bay. A lovely house that was clean and very comfortable. Appreciated the extra touches in the house with pantry and bathroom extras. Very much family friendly and homely feel. Kids loved the hammock by the window and the recliner chairs. Gorgeous view of the water. We'll be back!
