"This batch is very cute and homey. They had a good amount of beds to accommodate everyone. Whilst the place may look small, I assure you that it felt anything but that. The amazing view and direct connection to the sand dunes, river, and beach, were amazing. A few things to mention though is that the front yard from the road is a bit unkept and the key box was a bit of a search to find, but other than these small issues everything was great. "The standard of accommodation was excellent as was the communication with the host. Location within a reasonable distance from the airport is a plus.....but a challenging location for shopping for supplies without access to a motor vehicle as is a long steep driveway to access the property. We were surprised that there was no free to air television coverage which was not disclosed at time of booking. Overall, we would book again for our needs, but issues highlighted will surprise and disappoint...

"Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). This property is in a secure...

"We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed.
