The Space:
Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.

This beautiful multi-story townhouse style condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths offers a peaceful retreat for you to sit on the balcony to watch the wildlife on the water. Otters, seals, bald eagles and a variety of birds can be seen from the windows facing Discovery Bay. Occasionally you can actually catch glimpses of the Orcas playing in the Strait.

The main floor has windows facing the water that flood the rooms with natural light and allow for you not to miss a thing that happens. Ā The open concept living/dining area has comfortable contemporary furnishings, dining area, a warming gaslog fireplace, Internet and free Wifi. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is ready for you to whip up a meal or light snack.

The downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable king size mattress, a full bath with both a shower and a deep soaking tub. It also has a private balcony.

The upper floor offers the 2nd bedroom with water views, and main bathroom.Ā 

There are two sofa beds for extra guests: in the living room and on the upper landing before arriving at the 2nd bedroom.

Washer and dryer included, in a laundry room near the front door.

NO Pets, Smoking or Fireworks

A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.

Just 20 minutes to downtown Sequim, local gift shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Ā Local adventures in Sequim will have you tour aĀ Lavender farm, hike out to the historic Dungeness Lighthouse, or drive throughĀ theĀ Olympic Game Farm. Ā 

Discover the beauty of the rainforests, rivers, lakes and vistas throughout theĀ Olympic National Park. Ā Take a day trip out to the western beaches with their gorgeous sea stacks, or beach comb at the popularĀ Salt CreekĀ area Crescent beachĀ where tide pools bloom with sea life you can touch and feel.

Minutes from the community boat launch and dock. There is a separate rec room with foosball and ping pong. Farther down the hall is a fitness center. There is a pool and hot tub that are to be renovated 1st quarter of 2024 (ask for details). Outside is a children's play set and a basketball hoop. Equipment can be checked out from the on site office. They are not affiliated with Brigadoon, but offer amenities on request.

Whether you stay in and enjoy the peaceful view or venture out to explore the area, memories are sure to be made at the Orca Oasis.

Stunning views

Views are stunning from both decks. We enjoyed the quick walk to the water for a polar plunge! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice landing place for us to relax after enjoying hikes in the park.

A Comfortable Stay

When we got to the property, it was just as shown on the site. It was comfortable, quiet and pleasant. We enjoyed our time at Orcas 11 and wished we had booked for a longer stay. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

Great place to stay! The views of Discovery Bay are spectacular. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck morning and night. We even saw a seal pop up a few times. The place is very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and available if we needed anything. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook while there. We went all over OP, from the Hoh Rain Forest to Port Townsend. Lots of driving, but a great base location if you are exploring a broad area.

Orca Oasis

Very nice, clean townhouse style condo right on the bay. Location is 20 minutes to grocer's, probably an hour or so to Olympic National Park, depending on where you're going. Plan accordingly. Sleeps 4 comfortably, pull out couch for a 5th. I wouldn't put more in. Very easy check in/check out process.

Excellent Property

We enjoyed the wonderful views in this immaculate unit. We also had excellent service from the agency which rented to us. The only 4/5 star given was based on location, which is evident. Expect a 25 minute drive to a major supermarket or restaurant on the 101 and/or SR20.

Great Get-Away

Such a beautiful condo. We loved the beach walk and the deck overlooking the water. We saw on our deck, only a few feet from the water. It was spectacular. The morning sunrise on the water was worth getting up early to see. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Great Place; Insane Fees

Prospective guests should know that they have fees that make the nightly rate appear much lower, and there are rules. - The host fee is HUGE. Itā€™s more than the nightly rate. Itā€™s unfortunate that more companies are doing this and it needs to be called out. - Youā€™re asked to take off your shoes in the unit, even though itā€™s a combination of tile and low profile carpet that can handle shoes. - At the end of the stay they ask you to take out the trash; run dishes; and start a load of laundry. A lot to ask when youā€™re already paying more than the nightly rate in fees that include cleaning. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the location was good for us.

Beautiful Place!

The view was amazing! Just a wonderful location right on Discovery Bay. We walked on the beach, enjoyed the balconies, and the unit was great! Everything was provided and having a washer/dryer was a plus! We will be back!

Very nice little condo

Quite a cozy little condo, will definitely stay here again if itā€™s available. Do have a couple of recommendations: - Improve the beds. Good sleep is a big deal and these mattresses didnā€™t help with that. - Replace current toilets with modern toilets that are easier for tall or elderly adults to use. - There was moisture under the kitchen sink, and there was a musty smell. There is likely a leak under the sink.
