"We’ve stayed on the cape since the 80s, and this is always my favorite property to stay at. The kids had a blast. This was my son’s first time in the dome home. "

"This was the most laid-back beach I have ever been to. The beach was not crowded; sand was beautiful and there was plenty of shells. As far as the condo it was excellent. Everything you could have needed was already provided. There were lots of food trucks, but the food was excellent with a fraction of the price. I am looking forward to my next trip. This was definitely the most relaxing vacation I have been on in a while."

You are steps from having your toes in the sand. The pool is always refreshing and a kid favorite! Kara is the best and most responsive host. You really can not beat any amount of time spent at At Waters Edge. "

"Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, easy check in/out. Owner was an absolute delight. He provided me with lists of restaurants, places to visit, best beach for pets. Just a wralth of info. Can't wait to make my way back. "

"The house is awesome. Definitely worth a stay. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. Everything we needed was in the house and there was also a beach wagon and some beach chairs. Balconies on the front and back of the house were great! Bradley was the perfect host….quick to answer any questions as well as providing helpful info. Great vacation in a beautiful setting! "Perfect little house! There are 30 steps that lead up from the parking area. Well worth the climb for the view! Inside is small yet well furnished. The only negative I would have is the mattress. The middle is sunken in badly. To get to the beach is the same amount of stairs as the front. Again, well worth it! Very easy access to the beach. My wife and I will be booking another stay. We highly recommend for a couples retreat!"

"The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking across the street to Killer Seafood for an early dinner..I love being right on the Gulf walking directly out on the sand..there are 2 staircases, one outside up to the front door, and you have to go up a hill of sand and down the other side of the dunes. Wonderful place to sit on the bottom floor. We would have liked a little privacy screen between the other townhouses, but we still enjoyed it. It's a wonderful place to stay!...

Ideal location with a five minute walk to the beach, great layout, perfect amenities including a nice community pool, all complemented by excellent communication from the prop mgr. Highlights were the luxurious California King bed in the Master, an ample supply of towels and dishes, multiple TVs and fenced in backyard. The beach is a close, easy walk as well. We even got to top off our trip watching the fireworks on the fourth. I’m already planning our next trip!! "
