The management and communication with booking this property was poor. We received a booking confirmation prior to our arrival but at no time did we receive the details of how to access the property. We stood outside the property for some time while we called Expedia to help us gain entry. The access code failed after Expedia contacted you on our behalf. We were told to use the keys found in the lockbox. The dwelling was old but reasonably clean. The major issue with the property is the return air vent located above the bed. The unit was extremely noisy throughout the day and into the overnight. I was forced to sleep on the small sofa in the living area. Not what I paid for, for 3 nights. Bookings should be told about the excessive loud noise, three nights of my vacation were ruined with the fan/vent.....and to position such a vent over the bed is poor planning.
