Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this impeccably decorated one-level, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath Gulf-front home rests above a covered parking and patio area with gas grill. Guests will enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf, as well as private beach access.

The light-filled living area boasts an expansive living room replete with a large sectional sofa, armchairs, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to a deck with outdoor seating—along with amazing Gulf vistas!

The stylish kitchen is very well-equipped, and features stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats two. The dining table—with seating for eight—is located adjacent to the kitchen.

Beach Therapy can comfortably sleep up to eight guests in its four bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a barn door, king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as access to the Gulf-front deck.

There is a queen-sized bedroom off the kitchen, with wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a closet.

The second queen-sized bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and shared bathroom with a shower-over-tub.

The last bedroom in the home features two twin bunk beds and is ideal for children.

For your convenience, there is a laundry room off the bunk bedroom.

*This property permits up to 2 dogs with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $200.

*Note, this home is located on Jamaica Drive which is a small road. We do not recommend guests try to pull large trailers, boats, or RV's into this location. Alternate parking may be arranged for guests with these needs on a case-by-case basis.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
