Upon entering, you'll immediately take notice of the beautiful chef's kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. The adjacent living and dining areas are splashed in sunlight and offer ample seating for everyone to enjoy.

As you explore the rest of the home, you'll be pleased to discover five bedrooms, all complete with high-quality linens and a personal smart TV. One of the bedrooms even has a work desk! The bathrooms, equally impressive, are lined with marble and boast respective showers/tubs. Other features you'll love include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.

Outside, not only will you have access to a scenic balcony, but also an on-site pool, grilling area, and fitness center. Away from your stay, pay a visit to Mexico Beach, Captain's Cove Marina, the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, and all of Port St. Joe's vibrant boutiques and delicious dining options.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
