Pasando Tiempo, ā€œpassing the timeā€, is a place to restore and rejuvenate. Start with stunning views of the sea oats, and lapping waves against the sugar-white sand beach. This two bedroom/two bath gulf-front condo offers easy beach access in a quiet, secluded area of beautiful Cape San Blas. Drop a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler into the wagon, and you are a boardwalk saunter away from the peaceful beauty of this very special area.

*The open-space kitchen and expansive common area invite friends and family to reconnect. The well appointed kitchen encourages in-house dining. There is a large dining table to enjoy a tasty meal of local steamed shrimp and corked champagne. Or, just take in the amazing view from the balcony which includes plenty of comfortable seating and a table for the morning paper and coffee.

*This 2nd-floor unit is easily accessible from the elevator.

The Club at Cape San Blas offers a community pool and hot tub available from 10 am to 10 pm. Find your escape at Pasando Tiempoā€¦. our preferred way of passing time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family loved the condo, it was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. The condo provided everything we could possibly want/need!!!! Washer/Dryer were central to the house, plenty of extra pillows/blankets. LOVE and Suggest to anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway!

The condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything in the kitchen. There was a little problem with the AC, called the owner and they had someone out to fix it very quickly!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It had everything you could want and more. We cooked many fresh meals there with all kitchen supplies readily available. Location was a close walk to the beautiful beach and a short drive into town. Every day we sat on the balcony and took in all the natural beauty of the beach and surrounding grounds. We ate several meals during our stay on the balcony. It was quiet and peaceful. Spent time at the pool and hot tub as well. We would definitely return. Thank you to the hosts for sharing their lovely condo!

The property was better than we even imagined. Beautiful interior, very clean and well stocked. The communication with the management team was excellent. They saw to our every need. The views and beach were spectacular. The grounds and pool were very well kept. We highly recommend this unit and Be Our Guest properties. We will be back!

The property is decent and right on the beach. This unit is nice but we did have a few issues. First, the air conditioning unit in the closet squealed the entire time. Second, and not the fault of the owner, we had a family of six staying above us and they were extremely loud. We could hear every conversation and footstep from that family. Unfortunately there was a mandatory evacuation due to Helene, but we were ready to leave after 3 days.

We have stayed at the Cape 5 times now, this condo was perfect. We felt rifht at home. It had everything we beeded and more. Only issue was that I wished the door lock was easier to use, it was a little hard to punch in the codes luke it didnt want to "wake up". When we arrived the elevator was broken so pulling everything up the stairs wasnt fun. But no other problems.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. It is very spacious and quiet. The view and amenities were great. The state park further north on the Cape was beautiful! Donna was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We can't wait to return. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Everything was extremely well-kept and accommodating. Plenty of kitchen gear, soap/shampoo/conditioner in showers, big, lovely tubs, easy boardwalk trip to the beach, and pool and hot tub that wasnā€™t being used much by anyone else. My kids had a wonderful first time at the beach. So thankful for the beach gear (wagon, some chairs, etc.) that was provided. We enjoyed using our rented bikes and the stunning balcony view. Thank you! PS: the only change I might suggest is some curtains or blinds over the bedroom windows; the hallway outside as very brightly lit throughout the night.

The electronic locks on this unit were problematic. It was difficult to get the keypad to display, the display sometimes blanked while keying the code. It caused us some worry that we wouldnā€™t be able to access our unit. I suggest that this be checked out.

Location was great! Layout of rental was perfect for hosting family dinners. Kitchen as well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. My wife love to see hand written welcome note and fresh cut flowers. Beach towels and plenty of supplies to make our trip carefree! We will definitely be back!
