☀️Wake up in a luxurious king room, with soft sunlight streaming through the windows. Prepare for your day in the spacious master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, large bathtub, private toilet, and walk in closet.

✨Down the hall, find 2 beach inspired queen bedrooms, each with its own unique style, comfortable bedding, reading lamps, and smart TV.

🌟A charming bunk room filled with 2 sets of sturdy twin bunk beds, bean bags, and reading lamps provide cozy accommodations for children & teens.

🚿🧺The main bath is fitted with a shower/tub combo and the laundry room features GE Profile appliances, laundry baskets, along with pool/beach towels and a starter set of laundry pods and dryer sheets.

👶Traveling with little one in tow? You'll find a portable pack-n-play and high-chair to help make your visit a little easier and more comfortable!

🥘🍪☕️Whip up gourmet meals or a simple snack during your stay in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with new appliances, granite countertops, and kitchen accessories including a Ninja coffee maker (pot or single serve), electric tea kettle, blender, and air fryer.

🍽️ Kitchen island seats 4 and the dining table comfortably seats 6, perfect for sharing meals, visiting, and playing games with family and friends.

🎲🎞️📀🃏Relax in the comfortable living room with ample seating and a large screen TV. Hi-speed Wi-Fi is available to stream programming and movies of choice using your own streaming accounts. Enjoy a game of Monopoly, Scrabble, cards, or kids' games you can find tucked away in the console and coffee table.

🏖️☀️Venturing outside, we have a stocked garage, filled with gear and equipment for your outdoor adventures. Pack up the beach wagon with beach chairs and sand toys, fill the portable cooler with your snacks and drinks for the day, play outdoor games, or enjoy a bike ride through the community to the pools and the boardwalks. A propane grill is available when you are ready for some outdoor cooking.

☕️☀️Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Adirondack chairs or watch the sunrise over the pond in the back sitting area. 🛍️☕️🌮🍺🏓🌊☀️Explore white sand beaches, insane sunsets, boutique shopping, local breweries, a variety of dining, and beach town pickleball courts (Mexico Beach, Port St Joe and Cape San Blas)!

🐶Our home is dog friendly. $200 fee with a maximum number of 2 dogs. Dog/s must be well-trained, house broken, and crated when left unattended. Dogs must be current with their vaccinations. Per Gulf County ordinance and HOA rules, pets are required to be leashed at all times.

🏠Our home is in a newly built community that is still growing with ongoing construction. There are several landscaped ponds (not for recreational use), large areas dedicated to nature preserve, and miles of deeded beach access (no lifeguards on duty at the beach or the community pools). We have no control over the many forms of wildlife in the area.
