Beautiful home with pool-minutes to beaches, golf courses & Clover,Mets Stadium

( Update ) A Very sweet Cozy house with Pool close to beaches that guests Love!... The backyard is like a Tropical Paradise and we are near beaches, (about 17 miles to Jensen Beaches). Mets stadium / First Data Field is 2 to 3 miles from the house. Home is in a well sought out beautiful and quiet Neighborhood (Torino, in Port St. Lucie, FL)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home surrounded by a tropical lush garden. Made for outdoor living you can cook & dine outside, lounge by the glass fire-pit, swing in the back yard & work on your tan by the pool. The above ground pool is available in season.

Master bedroom has a comfortable King bed. Second bedroom has comfortable Queen bed. Third bedroom has a small desk & a Murphy bed that is Full size and is set up all the time. A raised Airbed is available to set up in the Living Room to accommodate 2 more, if need to sleep 8 people.

Living room has a sectional couch, TV & interner (this is the common area where the queen Airbed can be set up, if needed).

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans, a Keurig with free coffee & a washer /dryer is free to use. We even provide detergent to start your stay!

Enjoy the backyard and back porch made for outdoor living, you can cook & dine outside, lounge by the glass fire-pit, sw in the back yard & work on your tan by the pool. The non-heated, above ground pool is available in season.

Please note that our son lives in the house when guests are NOT there, to maintain it, the yard and the pool and for security. While guests are there he DOES NOT stay in the trailer on the side. (he did until we had a guest complain so he has made other arrangements for when guests are there.) He tries to have the yard mowed and the pool cleaned when there are not guest there, however there are occasions when a guest leaves in the morning and another guest comes in the same day that he is not able to get it done before the new guests arrive. He is very flexible and if you get there and he is cleaning the pool or mowing the yard, he will stop and ask you when the best time for you for him to come and finish (and he will work his regular work schedule around you.). He also handles any things that may come up.

We have a bug service that is scheduled bi-monthly, they will notify us, and we will notify you when they are planning to come and we can reschedule them for short term rentals if possible.

INSTANT BOOK STILL REQUIRES CONFIRMATION OF HOUSE RULES - at time of booking please also confirm the number of guests, that all are non smokers & whether your bringing an animal.

Instant bookings will not be kept without this info.

Outside home security cameras that record are located at most areas of the outside to cover the entry doors.

Relaxing house in Port St Lucie
This is our second visit to Jeff and Janet's beautiful home in Port St. Lucie. We stayed longer this time so we could do more fun things in the area and have time to relax in the lanai and pool. We went to two Mets games; a day game and an evening game. Had a great time at both. Jensen Beach is not too far and pet friendly. Conchy Joe's restaurant was one of our stops, delicious food, nice people (no pets allowed here). My favorite thing to do is take an eco-cruise on River Lily cruises. Very relaxing and we saw so much wildlife, 12 alligators, so many birds, turkeys and flowers.The house is well equipped with everything you could want. Jeff and Janet are a text or phone call away if you need anything. A smoke alarm battery needed to be changed while we were there. I called and spoke to Janet, someone came over within 30 minutes with a tall ladder to put in a new battery. We will be back, Linda & Kevin

Gorgeous house! Kitchen had everything you would ever think to need to cook a meal for your family, and the outdoor grill are looked top notch! Jim & Janet were great to deal with, very accommodating and helpful with suggestions for dining and activity.

A home away from home
We were on a family trip for spring break to take in some MLB spring training and enjoy some Florida warmth and sunshine. This property was among the nicest we’ve ever stayed. It was spotless, comfortable, safe and had everything we could ask for. Great spacious kitchen, laundry room and the master bathroom was a treat. We were lucky enough to meet the owners upon arrival, super nice folks who cared about their guests feeling at home. They were responsive to any and all needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were minutes away from Clover Park as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were friendly, a nice quiet area that felt like home away from home. We look forward to hopefully staying there again and can’t recommend it enough.

Love this house!
We stayed here for an entire month while visiting my elderly parents. This house is incredibly comfortable and has everything you could ask for. If I were building a house I would build one just like it! Great neighborhood, convenient to everything, beautiful weather and a super comfy bed :). We’re already booked for next year!

Relaxing and inspirational
We enjoyed our visit because this home is cozy and welcoming, with a spacious kitchen if you like to cook. My mom has to use a walker, and could easily move around because of the structure of the home. The back patio and garden is the perfect place to relax with a good book, or visit with family and/or friends We also enjoyed reading the inspirational verses and humourous quotes around the home because it reminded us of our father, who read similar quotes to us . Christmas stay
We stayed over Christmas and hosted family with babies. This house was perfect for our needs! It is the most well equipped home we have ever rented. We didn’t want for a thing, even preparing a full Christmas dinner! Jeff and Janet were wonderful to work with and even decorated the house for Christmas! It was wonderful!!

Well Stocked Home
Everything you could possibly need, Jeff and Janet provided in this home. The lanai was wonderful for entertaining and the living room was very cozy. The beds were comfortable and the laundry room very convenient. The pool was big enough to accommodate 2 to 4 people, but more than that would be crowded. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Nice house, nice neighborhood, in accurate listing description
The house was very nice. The neighborhood was also nice. Beware there is a maintenance man (hosts son) that lives in a trailer on the side of the house. This is not in the description of the listing. Once we paid our full amount the host mentioned that the maintenance man parks his trailer on side of house but we probably wouldn't see him as he takes care of the house when guests are not there. After we received our check in information when we arrived the host let us know this guy is in the trailer on the side of the house. This made us very uncomfortable as we have kids and we felt on edge. He also was cleaning the pool the day we arrived and then cut the grass the next day. When I complained to the host after we left, they mentioned it was their son. Well maybe their son should go elsewhere when there are guests staying in the home. Or put in the listing description that he lives on the side of the house in a trailer. The house was clean but had some insects in the home. Also we found a dead rat in the back yard and my husband had to get rid of it. Maybe they need a better exterminator. Just be cautious when booking. We feel we deserve some type of credit since we felt uncomfortable on our vacation and this issue was not known prior to booking.

Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked to many timed obligations during the trip everything was great. Took a couple days t figure out how to lock the back door other than that all was great.

Family getaway
We had a great family vacation! The home was very clean. Loved the beautiful kitchen and Master bathroom. We had a wonderful time going on an Airboat ride and visiting the Navy Seal Museum. Jeff and Janet were great hosts!

Simply amazing
The most wonderful stay yet. This home is amazing in every way. It is beautiful and fully stocked. The yard is incredible as well. A very relaxing oasis. My two teens stayed in the pool any time we were home. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! A must stay!!!

Grandma's bday
My grandmother turned 102 years old. She lives closeby from this house. Family came from all over and different states to celebrate. I needed an extra night at the house due to unexpected guests and surprise after party activities and the owners of this property were very flexible and understanding about it. Saved me from having to get a hotel for the night. The house is awesome. Very clean and beautiful. The snacks and book of personal messages from other guests are very thoughtful and generous of the owners. We really enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Retreat
We had the pleasure of staying here while in town for a baseball tournament. The home is meticulously maintained and we really enjoyed relaxing in the backyard oasis. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Like no other!
I have never stayed at a rental this beautiful, organized, spotless & fully stocked! The area was peaceful and quiet,, just like we like it.. Jeff & Janet, thank you for opening up your oasis to us! From the moment we walked in, we were in awe! The lanai was gorgeous, being able to sit out and enjoy all your own greenery, nature and all the wildlife. I could sit there all day! Very peaceful, relaxing, inviting and comfy! You guys for sure put alot of love into designing your home and making sure your guest feel at home. It was one of the best I've ever stayed at and definitely plan on coming back. Xo

A stay in Port St Lucie
This house is fantastic. It's almost too nice to be a rental. The outdoor space is great. The speakers in the house and outside to listen to music are great. The pool was warm every evening even in March. The kitchen is fantastic. The location is great for getting around town. Seriously, we almost always miss our own home when we're away from home due to deficiencies in the rental. This was the closest we've been to not missing it while away. We will almost certainly be back to stay again. Thanks! P.S. - thanks for getting a replacement toaster out so fast, even though you had a toaster oven that worked just fine in its stead.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our friends and their baby and it was nothing short of a great time! The house was SUPER clean, they had everything you would ever need, even some things for the baby! The owners were great and very responsive. Would 100% come here again and recommend to everyone! Beautiful, very clean home, very relaxing. We spent most of our time in the lanai. It was hot so we cooled off in the pool everyday ! The kitchen is enormous and very well stocked. Eight minutes to the stadium to see Spring Training. We will definately be back.
