"We throughly enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg! The unit was located in an old church in a very safe location! The unit was clean, cute and cozy! We were in town for a soccer tournament for our daughter with friends. The town has so much to offer with shopping, food, history and entertainment. The host answered all of our questions immediately and was very helpful! "

"First, let me say that the views were awesome. The house had plenty of room for my family that was coming from out of town to our son's wedding. The beds were comfortable and everything thing was clean on the inside. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of washers and dryers, so if you stay the whole week you can wash what you need to. The house appears to be going through some updates, due to wear and tear, but it will be awesome when completed. The game room was nice and had a bathroom...

"This house has been nicely done. The pictures and description are accurate. It did show a close proximity to the road but I still was a little disappointed just how much road traffic you can hear at night. It is well equipped with paper products, soap, even coffee and tea. It was clean (except for the light fixtures) and the beds comfortable. They do have some sort of issue with some septic smell in the one bathroom.
