We needed a place to stay at while visiting family in Springhill for Christmas. The owners were more than accomidating. The even sent a message before check-in to tell us we could check-in as early as we wanted to, the day of. Which was much appreciated! The neighborhood was nice and had plenty of shopping options within driving distance. We even saw the turtle! stursawturtle!

Beautiful home
We have been coming to Florida to visit family for several years now and I have to say this home has been the BEST home we have stayed in so far!!!! It far exceeded our expectations and it is an absolutely beautiful, well kept up home!!! Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and all sorts of cooking appliances for you to use. You really won't need anything but your food and drinks. We spent most our time sitting and lounging on back screened in patio. The pool is an added bonus to this wonderful rental!! We had the best vacation!!!!

Family Trip for Thanksgiving

Stayed here while visiting family. Wonderful pool. Great communication with the owner. Please don’t let my rating on cleanliness hold you back. The owner had to hire out cleaning due to the hurricane. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay
Communication for reservation was fantastic. Property was as described. All amenities were available just make sure to bring own bath soap and shampoo. Was in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. Having the pool to come back and relax was phenomenal. Will return.

Kayak vacation
House was very lovely. We enjoyed all the space and the pool. Quiet neighborhood was a plus and very convenient location if you want to kayak at the springs. Not to far from beaches at Clearwater.

Nice clean property. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Plenty of room to spread out with two living rooms. Could have had plenty of people staying there with all the couches. Kayaking close by was a fun trip.

Fantastic!
We've been renting homes in this area for 4 years and this is the best house we've rented! It was very clean, comfortable and everything was in good working order. The kitchen had all the necessities I needed for making meals. The pool area was wonderful for having meals outside and lounging by the pool. There were even pool floats for us to use. I can't say enough about how awesome the owner was! She went WAY out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves while we were there. We will book this property again in the future. If I could give this rental 6 stars, I would!

Spacious and inviting
This was a wonderful home to stay in! The kitchen was a nice size, fully equipped and a pleasure to prepare meals in. The pool is a great feature (especially for those with children). There is plenty to do in the area with Pine Island being one of our favorites. We contacted the owners during our stay and they were quick to respond, helpful and very kind. We will definitely stay here again if we come to the area.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home!
My family of 5 stayed here and we had an amazing vacation. The house was extremely clean, the pool was perfect for the kids, beds were comfortable, washer and dryer was great to have, nice large kitchen and plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the pool patio every morning! The hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. The house even had WiFi and a Roku for the TV when we needed some down time. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and the location was perfect and close to everything. We would LOVE to stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this place!

Very Clean and Spacious Home
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and the property owners went above and beyond to help us with this visit. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and although we did not get to enjoy the pool it was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well appointed. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful house
We just got done with a five day stay here. House was wonderful very spacious and clean! We enjoyed having our own pool we didn't have to share and being able to cook. Owners we're very easy to communicate with letting us know that the house was ready earlier then three and giving us places to go for fishing. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
