Beautiful sun set views,beautiful resort like setting.This house has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a great kitchen. Each bedroom has its own flat screen t.v .living room has 55inch flat screen t.v. Cable tv included wireless internet included.You will love the backyard as it has a beautiful heated pool with plenty of pool decking for sun bathing and a mini sand box for the kids.The yard also hosts a tiki hut with bbq grill and a 40ft dock you can fish from.Access to boat,kayak and jetski rental available only minutes from the house.Its only a 12 minute boat ride to anclote island and the sand bar.You can enjoy plenty of amenities and family fun since it’s only 25 minutes to clearwater beach,30 minutes to tampa,60 minutes to disney,15 minutes south to the greek sponge docks,35 minutes to bush gardens,35 minutes to Weeki Wachee mermaid show. With the house conveniently located there is always something to do!

Location-Location
The location of this house is amazing; however the no-see-ums were horrible and without the screen it was not possible to sit outside at dinner time or after, or in the mornings. The house could use a little "refresh"...particularly the bed in the little bedroom. Both parties that stayed in that room did not sleep well. A couple of the small kitchen appliances did not work, but we made do without.....I brought my own coffee pot thankfully as the Keurig did not work.

Great place
Great place for 3 couples Close to the ocean was able to park our boat there Online pics just two pics were not accurate one was water spouting out and the other was outdoor type barbecue area but it still had a barbecue !! Caught fish on canal seen dolphins catching fish!! Very close to restaurants and shopping area Pool table could use some updated pool sticks But was still usable and it did get used!!! In the evenings due to the no see ums but all in all very good place Would stay there again!!

Wonderful Home!
My family of 4 had an amazing stay in this home! It was clean, spacious and was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating and well stocked. The pool table was a hit with our teen boys (although it has seen better days) and we were happy to use it! The outdoor space was beautiful, including a clean pool, tiki bar, plenty of lounge chairs and a great dock that my boys spent hours fishing off of! We were able to see stingrays, a dolphin and a manatee right off our dock! We had an issue with the coded lock one day but Marc was easy to get a hold of and had it fixed before we even got back from our errands. He even gave us a late check out last minute due to our late flight and me spacing out our 11:00 checkout! I would absolutely stay here again! I think this home would be great for a family or even 2 or 3 couples!

Perfect Rental
The house was absolutely beautiful and located in a perfect location near a main canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico . There was ample seating for guests on the patio, in addition to a tiki bar.

Beautiful home on the water
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. The home is just like the pictures and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved the views, the pool area, and the location on the canal system. This rental home is well stocked and maintained. The Gulf Harbor neighborhood is very nice and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Outdoor oasis
This property has the ideal outdoor setup! The sandpit was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. The dock was brand new and perfect for our rental boat as well as fishing. The owner was wonderful about answering any questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Another great stay at this house!
This is the second time we've rented this house and it was just as good as the first time! Location is close to lots of fun things to do and it's just as enjoyable staying home and relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view!

The property met and exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house had enough space to accommodate a family without feeling crowded. The owner provided amenities needed to make a memorable experience. The views from the backyard of the house were amazing as you watched a parade of boats all day long. We even saw two dolphins swim by the dock of the house.

Do not believe the bad reviews!! This property is in great condition. Lovely home and grounds. New Tiki Bar, Dock and everything up to date. The pool was glorious, beds comfy, kitchen stocked. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and canal with all the wildlife visiting.

Wonderful Time
We split the difference between Tampa and Crystal River by staying here. It was relaxing. The house, pool, and outside were all very clean. Great views of the water and wildlife on the little canal. We saw opossum, manatee, eagles, cranes, dolphins, and all other sorts of birds and creatures from the dock and pool. It was quite and just a really nice place to spend time with family. The owner was very responsive. Great property for a peaceful getaway.

Great Place Review
Extremely nice and comfortable home. The pool is super for both adults and small children. We caught fish every time we fished from the dock. Property owner/manager responded very quickly when we reached out to him with questions.

Beautiful home but needs some maintenance
We had a total of 5 adults and a 4 year old child. The home has one king bed and two queen beds. It had several air mattresses, but at least two of them had holes. Fortunately, we did find one that held air for my child. As mentioned by others, the tiki hut roof needs to be redone. The pool deck has some uneven sections, resulting in a trip hazard. We had my 75 year old mom with us and had to be very careful on the pool deck and dock. More concerning was the dock, as there are several loose or rotting boards, loose hinges, etc. Most of the chairs on the pool deck had sun damage/sun rot. Inside, the tile floor surrounding the pool table has several tiles with damage. Overall, it is a beautiful home, but it needs a bit more attention to maintenance. We had a great time, the pool is beautiful and the location is excellent for boating. Parking is a bit tight.

Great Stay
The location was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy some down time and get some rest and relaxation. We would definitely book here again. Marc was quick to respond to any questions we had and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and being able to fish from the dock.

What a beautiful rental house..
We stayed here 8 days Brought our boat ventured to 3-rocker Anclote key and tarpon springs Upon arrival we reached out to Marc and responded immediately The house is plenty big enough for 3 families The pool, sand pit was a hit We didn’t do much cooking Uber eats and Walmart delivery was easy access But the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed Neighborhood was very friendly as we took nightly walks We had a fantastic time.. Can’t wait to return next year

Floromar Terrace Rental
Our second time staying at this property. Everything was as expected, no real disappointments. Cleaning staff used an excellent fragrance. Scent was very clean and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.
