"Nice place, had a good time, one drawback is it is right on rt 28 so there is the traffic noise at night when having a fire. We were told to put the linens and towels in separate bags after our stay but there were no big bags, only the small kitchen garbage ones. Also no outside garbage unit so we had to keep the tied up garbage bags in the house and they started to smell. "The houses location was the main reason we choose this place. There’s a huge back and front lawn to allow kids to run around and have fun. Nice porches on the front and back. The dock is across the road so you can enjoy the lake. The house it’s self had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again."

"The house is one block from all star shops and dining but still has a secluded yard with fire pit. Some things in the house could be updated but everything was clean. Really great location for families. Property owner was responsive with any questions we had. worked and was clean "

"Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit."

"It is a rustic place to stay with a gorgeous view. We felt safe. Our dinner was fantastic with an exceptionally attentive waitress. She was the ONLY waitress, w/ a fairly full dining area. There was not a long wait for our dinners. Room was not modern but so much better than camping. "
