"Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. "My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect.
