The Las Joyas community sits about fives miles north of the warm beaches of South Padre Island, so you can easily drive to the beach and spend your time relaxing on the sand as the kids frolic in the waves. The center of town, where you can find groceries, restaurants, and more, is also about two miles from here. This property is located directly on the bay, making it perfect for people who like to kayak, bird watch, and wade fish. You can also enjoy amazing views, sunrises, and sunsets from the comfort of your covered patio or balcony. It's perfect to watch the weekend and holiday fireworks across the bay at South Padre Island!
Please note that the bay is not suitable for swimming due to the daily tides, but it is great for fishing from your own backyard. The house has direct access to the water, and fishing pole holders are included in the backyard. One parking space is available in front of the house; a second car can be parked in the overflow area.

Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
