Indulge in culinary delights with the full kitchen and outdoor BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining on the top extended deck, boasting views of both the beach and intercoastal waterway.

For a day of sun and relaxation, beach chairs, horseshoes and beach towels are provided, ensuring your beach experience is complete. Additionally, indulge in the convenience of the outdoor shower featuring both cold and hot water, perfect for rinsing off all the sand after a day at the beach.

Explore nearby local hotspots offering live entertainment on weekends, adding an extra touch of excitement to your stay. Or stay in and enjoy a friendly game of cornhole or board games for some competitive fun.

Relax indoors with three smart TVs, providing you access to your favorite apps for limitless entertainment options. Stay connected with internet access to keep in touch. For added convenience, we offer a wireless charging pad and charging cubes to keep your devices powered up throughout your stay.

The Villa sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring a bunk room that sleeps 3 with a twin over queen bunk bed, a queen bed in the second full bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch.

The community also offers amenities such as an observation deck, fire pit, pool and playground, enhancing your overall vacation experience.

There is an outdoor camera below the house for security purposes. There are not any cameras inside the home.

4th of July weekend!

Cute and quiet, had all the amenities we could imagine! We are a family of four and this was the perfect size for us, our kids loved it too! Short drive to the beach, honestly we could have even walked. We had an amazing time and we plan to stay again!

Great stay to remember

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except the initial hiccup of nature with outages. Thank God we came to know about the nicest people, owners of this property. They jumped in and made us feel like home away from home. We will come back again. We got a friend and a lifetime memory.

Charming & Perfect!

A++++ property!! Easy check in and once we opened the front door, we were amazed at how gorgeous the layout was! The decor and furniture is appointed perfectly! The rooms and beds were set up super cute! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great too! No detail was overlooked when it came to amenities! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc...everything worked perfectly and everything was lined out to the T in the instructions/information about the place! We absolutely loved it and hope to visit again soon!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication from our host and hostess was fabulous! The accommodations were lovely - indoors and out! Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. We loved it!!! I only wish we’d been able to arrive earlier and stay longer! Next year!!! 😉

Great stay for family.

The property was clean and just as adorable as the pictures on site. It was very close to immediate access and the owners provided a lot of extras to help us during our stay. The only complaints would be things outside of the owners control. The smell, due to standing water, was terrible when downstairs and the mosquitoes were quite horrible. However we lathered up on bug spray and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be using this house again in the future.

Clean Clean Clean

It was just me and my 2 boys. The cabin is fantastic! Wi Fi was perfect with 3 tvs and our phones connected. Very short walk to the beach! We walked every time! The chairs and wagon that were provided were of great use and appreciated! The neighborhood is quite and family oriented. Everything is provided..shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, beach towels. LOVE the decor throughout! Its giving 5* Hotel vibes! We really enjoyed our stay!

Very Njce - Will Be Back

Very nice. Very clean. Full stocked. Great location straight to the beach over the main highway so recommend car/buggy. This place has a nice pool & playground too. We loved it.

Wonderful house

This little house is so cute & has the basic needs for a beach vacation. Conveniently located for a quick walk to the beach & the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful while we were there. The only down fall we had are the mosquitoes! Bring all the mosquito repellent and come enjoy a great escape at the beach. The provided towels, beach toys, chairs etc were life savers because we forgot a couple of items but they had us covered. My husband was in love with the 14 cup coffee maker provided and the stock of items the kitchen had for basic cooking. I would definitely book the house again in the future.

Beach weekend

The beach house is so aesthetically pleasing. The sunrises through the window were beautiful. The beach house had everything we needed and more. The grass around the property does have quite a bit of mosquitoes though so bring bug spray. It was a really great weekend. Easy walk to the beach and really affordable price.
