Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. A Tequila Sunrise is a lovely, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, that sleeps 12. It's located in the family friendly Singing Sands subdivision. This charming home invites you to relax and unwind in its comfortable living room with ample seating for everyone. The living room opens to the spacious kitchen so that the cooks in the family are never left out of all the fun! You will find all the necessities needed to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. For those needing to stay connected to their devices, this home has WIFI. Just use the pass word information to gain access to the internet. You can stream your favorite shows and movies on the TV in the living room. Mostly, you will want to be outside on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze and views! From sunrise to sunset, the deck has plenty of seating, in the shade or sunshine. Downstairs, you'll find a nice covered area for eating at the picnic table, or having wonderful family conversations while the "Master Griller" cooks up something yummy on the charcoal grill. When the waves and sand call, you are only a short walk or golf cart ride away from the shore. When your "Fun in the Sun" is done, don't forget to rinse off in the downstairs shower. You will love "Tequila" little time at this cabin!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
