"We were in a medical emergncy and the weather was soo bad they let us check in super early and even approved a late check out. Staff are very understanding and nice. Room is very clean and has eveything we need. "

"The staff were exceptional. The room was very clean, great daily cleaning services and the bed was so comfortable. We ended up having to stay longer due to weather travel issues and the hotel was accommodating. The only thing disappointing was that the hot tub was not operating as they turn it off for the winter. "

"This hotel is a scam, you book the rooms and they say you’ll receive your info to get in by email 24hrs in advance, then you don’t get any emails, and their voicemail is generic and they don’t respond. It needs to be removed from your app. "
