"This home was perfect for our family of 3! We originally scheduled it for 3 nights in Sept, but had to reschedule at the last minute due to a family health emergency. The host was very understanding and accommodating and we rescheduled for the end of Oct. We just returned home from our mini vacation and had a fantastic time. The home was clean,spacious and very quiet. We loved the hot tub after doing a lot of hiking. Location was great to the Porkies and nearby restaurants. Would highly...

"Loved the cozy place. Plenty to do around the area. The owner was excellent to deal with. My dog also loved the stay. If im looking for a place to stay around the porcupine mountains again id stay here. "

"We wanted a short getaway that would accept the dogs. This was perfect. Very dog friendly spot and area. Close to Lake Superior, Porcupine Mountains, and Lake of the Clouds. Modest house, homey. Very well stocked kitchen and bath. White Pine MI is a very small community without many services, which is why I didn't rate location as excellent. But, we came prepared with what we needed and enjoyed our stay. "

"Enjoyed our stay, located close to many attractions. Cottage was very clean and stocked with anything needed for your stay. Easy check in, Brandi responded very quickly to emails. Would stay here again."

"Everything was great! The house was clean and everything worked well! Wish we'd stayed longer. Only thing I would add is bring your own sponges to do the dishes if you plan on cooking!"

"This little spot was the perfect place to stay close to the porkies and have all of the amenities to be self sufficient. It was better stocked than most places we’ve stayed across the state. After lots of hiking and climbing all those stairs to get to the top of Summit Peak, the hot tub was a welcomed treat!! Also close to the the Konteka, which was fun to mingle with other travelers and catch a few sports games. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend. "

"All was as stated in the listing. All the pots, pans and utensils needed and clean, close to the lake and the Porkies. I will say, the paper products thing was a surprise. It is listed in the property description but I was disappointed and how much “to get you started” amounted to. There was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom along with a few tissues. We were in need of more by the first morning. Given the cost to have these stocked, seemed like a pretty big hassle. "
