"So cozy down to every detail! Wonderful areas for relaxing and catching up. Kitchen equipped with everything needed for food prep. Beds are extremely comfortable! A weekend just isn’t long enough!"

"Great little spot just steps away from the lake (50 yards)...comfortable bedroom with upstairs bunkbeds and single beds...newer bathrooms, and in a super cute neighborhood of cottages. The place was super clean, had plenty of kitchen tools, and is 5 minutes from grocery, and other fast foods spots off highway 50. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful fall colors of Lake Delevan. Thanks! "

"Adult annual girls trip! Perfect place to stay right on the lake! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back!"

"We loved it the moment we arrived. We spent two nights there with our Frieds and their little dog (we have a little dog too). Great fenced in yard and cozy porch. The kitchen Is stocked with everything you need, we brought lasagna, steak, crab legs. Comfy beds too. We will go back for sure!"

"The house was absolutely perfect. We stayed for a long weekend over the 4th of July holiday with three other families. We were close enough to amenities if/when we needed them, but had absolutely no reasons to leave the property - so much to do for everyone. The owner was wonderful to engage with, he was even able to supply wheelchair ramps to make the home more assessable for someone in our group who has a disability. We are already talking about booking again next year!"

"Eight friends spent two days enjoying lots of laughs and endless games of mahjongg in this beautiful space. We took time to sit on the rockers to enjoy the fall colors and views of the lake and to have some fun at area restaurants and pubs. This house is so comfortable and well equipped."

"This place made memories for us! We enjoyed exploring the building, marveling at the details, and especially the hot tub. We hope to return!"

"Nice older property. Fit our needs very well."

"We stayed at the house just after Christmas to celebrate the holiday with our family. We had 23 people (adults and kids of all ages). The house was comfortable for all of us, including sleeping arrangements. We had plenty of space and enough separation for quiet time when needed. The 2 living rooms were very comfortable and had tv’s, all the bedrooms also have TVs which was really nice. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We played pickleball and enjoyed the hot tub too....

"Property was great size for me and my wife. Although extra bedroom would accommodate at least 2 or 3 children or two adults. Condo is located in woods setting with wild turkey seen on our porch and deer nearby. Also the indoor pool and hot tub were very nice amenity. A nice workout room and golf course if that is your thing. Lake Geneva proper is a ten-minute easy drive. This was our first trip to area and we would come back to this location in the future. "

"What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again. "

"We rented this house to celebrate my sister’s birthday. It was in a nice gated community so we definitely felt safe. The house is very cozy and spacious for 7 adults. The renter was very responsive and friendly. It was a great way to kick off the holiday season and enjoy Lake Geneva’s lights. Would definitely recommend this rental."

"We were able to check in a tad earlier as I checked the renter beforehand which was great because I didn’t want to have to find the location in the dark. Such kind hosts and the house was adorable and perfect for the night. "
