I also enjoyed the activities of the adjacent yoga studio where I did a gentle breath work session and received an incredible massage from Cynthia, the owner of this B&B. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is of great quality. It was a perfect layover stay during my long drive. "

"We had to go out late to find a store and buy our own bedding the room was so dirty, bedding was stained even the shower curtain was stained. Parking was ok. Pictures make it look good but looks are deceiving. Beds were comfortable once we put our own bedding on to protect against the stains and bloody needle marks. Oh, and the front desk guy was sleeping and we couldn’t wake him up had to go back outside and ring the bell. Awkward."

Room keys wernt given to us at check in, the light in the pool room flickered constantly for 3 days, there was a bug carcus on our bed.. coffee whitener was expired..made me sick to my stomach.. night audit maria was very rude to guests and yelling and screaming pointing aggressive manners... they said they would open breakfast up 15 min early for us to help accommodate early check outs, and maria wouldnt even turn the lights on for us!! "Was not able to complete our stay. Snowstorm had us blocked on. 50 cm of snow. All highways to Peterborough were closed. Staff at hotel were understanding. I could not reach anyone at Expedia to discuss our situation. Tried throughout day. Very frustrating and disappointing"
