"Wir waren ende Oktober 2024 (zwei befreundete Paare) in dem sehr schönen, großen und sauberen Haus in den Bergen von Itri. Sehr gepflegtes Außengelände mit Grill und Infinity, Pool.Das Haus und die Küche waren komplett eingerichtet und die Geräte alle in sehr gutem Zustand. Luka, der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit, gibt Ratschläge zu Ausflügen und Lokalen und spricht sehr gut englisch."

"Wir waren 14 Nächte im schönen Ferienhaus mitten im Olivenhain. Das Haus ist schlicht und rustikal, genau wie wir es wollten. Super war, dass es eine fantastische Klimaanlage hat, die wir bei den Temperaturen wirklich gut gebrauchen konnten. Der Pool war war ein Genuss, das Wasser sauber und zur Alleinbenutzung. "Wir haben unseren 11-Tages-Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Pamela ist eine sehr sympathische Person und auch Herr Romeo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und der erste Eindruck war "wow". Den grünen Garten und Pool haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. (wird täglich am Morgen gereinigt). Die Lage des Hauses ist gut gelegen und man erreicht die nötigen Läden / Supermercato, Restaurants in kurzer Distanz (Fahrrad oder Auto). Auch das schöne Hafen-Städtchen Terracina ist...

"The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "
