"Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sehr klein und geht über 2 Etagen. Die Küche unten ist eine "Einbahnstraße". Beim Kochen war es sofort sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Das Bad war winzig, aber ok, hätte sauberer sein können. Die beiden Schlafzimmer oben sind geräumig. Das eine ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit Klappbetten. Matratzen sind aber ok. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Francesco ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich mitten im trubeligen Zentrum von Alassio. Alles ist bequem fussläufig erreichbar. Auch der Stadtstrand befindet sich nur gerade 50m entfernt. Einzig das Bad sollte mal erneuert werden."

"Massimo und seine Frau sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns toll begrüßt. Anders als erwartet handelt es sich hierbei um die Erdgeschosswohnung und kein Haus. Der Pool befindet sich im ersten Stock auf der Ebene der Gastgeber (diesem erreicht man über eine Treppe). Den Pool kann man leider nur von 9:00-18:00 Uhr nutzen (dafür aber alleine), das wussten wir leider nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. "Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Nähe von Testico in einer kleinen Siedlung. Durch die großen Fenster die im Esszimmer verbaut sind hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. "Communication before arrival was excellent. Marta made a video showing how to find the property and to park. We had our own spot that for our car, sheltered by Olive Trees. Marta met us and showed us around the property. It is small, neat, and very clean. We appreciated the little family touches which show the properties history. The kitchen was adequate with a good range of plates and utensils. My wife likes to cook and was happy to be able to do so. We had our own terrace, open to the sun....
