"Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. Plenty of space for families to spread out. We really enjoyed coming back to the warm and inviting space after our time at Legoland."

"As described. Suited our needs. The 2 flights of stairs to bedrooms became tiresome for my MIL. The stairlift was helpful! "

"My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again."

"My girlfriend and I loved our stay here! We stayed for one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean with easy self-check-in. The host was very responsive with all inquiries. Short walk to nice downtown area as well!"

"Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. The room has everything you need. A bed, a smart tv, a toilet and a shower. The room was clean when we arrived and the shower had different shampoos and soaps in it. The house is approximately 1 mile from the downtown shops and bars/restaurants. A lot of the shops close early but the bars are open pretty late. There’s a...

"We only stayed a couple days, but the location is quaint and apartment newly refurnished. The owner was very helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend!"

"Large comfortable home in great location with multiple views of the Hudson. Our family had a pleasant stay and would definitely return to Castle in the Sky."

"Awesome place, completely renovated, perfect location to town, super clean! I'd recommend and stay here again! Multiple levels with stairs. If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. I had a few requests for my stay and the owner was more than generous to accommodate those requests.The house is amazing for a family and or friends getting together. We were a family of 12. "It's a very cute cottage and it fit our needs. The road getting there was quite rough, our van scraped on the bottom a few times, but the property itself was great. And she was a very attentive host, she replied right away when we had questions.Thank you very much!"

"Secluded, quiet idyllic area, ample space for sleeping/bedrooms available, we were 10 people, clean, game room, small-ish kitchen but fully functional, bathrooms great, hot tub great, pool closed, I loved that there is a playground for kids but we were all adults, restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minute drive, we stayed for a Spartan race at Mt. Vernon only 12 minutes away, would definitely request a stay again!"

"I´ve been staying in hotels in this price range in the Westchester County area for the past 3 years, and I think this one might be the best option. You can leave your car in the car park and take the train to the city if needed, since the train station is within walking distance, the breakfast is above average with decent variety and good scrambled eggs, good shower and ok bed. Very good value for the money."
