"This place checked all of our boxes and we enjoyed our stay! The club house was a great place for the kids to unwind and stay-up watching movies and playing games, while the adults conversed in peace inside the house. The dock was great for fishing and swimming and we enjoyed kayaking out about. It is located on a busy street and can be a little loud during the day, but it was quiet at night. The house had many amenities such as games, cooking appliances, utensils, spices, pot and pans, etc....

"We loved this house! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The house is in a nice neighborhood a stone’s throw from downtown Swansboro and the riverside. It’s perfect for a few adults or couples. The only drawback is one bathroom shared between the three bedrooms, but it’s at least a nice size and beautifully renovated. It was no issue for my girlfriends and I. We’ll be back!"

"The house was beautiful, and we had lots of room. We enjoyed using the kayaks and being just a little farther away from the ocean than we normally are (only 10 minutes). The host was amazing, and he was able to supply everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, lots of water supplies for kayaking, and many other things). "We had a nice 3 night stay here. It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had new high end appliances. It also had what looked to be brand new washer and dryer that we did not end up using. The listing did mention a hair dyer is provided and I did not find that anywhere, which was a little disappointing since I did not pack one for that reason. The only things we did not enjoy was the bed and bedding was low quality and not the most comfortable. I would recommend at least bringing your own...

"The view was the selling point of this rental. It is located next to a busy road/bridge which made was loud. Also some minor things like the back door is poorly installed and it made a very loud humming sounds with wind (sounded like a jack hammer). Also some mold issues which I understand is high risk given its proximity to the water. Overall it was clean, spacious and the set up was very family friendly. "
