"The property is lovely in a nice peaceful location, only a short drive from Alcudia and the port of Pollenca, with loads of bars and nice restaurants. The town itself is amazing, typically Spanish, beautiful square with Tapas bars and restaurants. The villa has ample landscaped gardens with a large pool built in barbecue. You will have an amazing holiday if you choose to stay here. Paco the host was incredible helpful and check in and departure were smooth and trouble free. 5 star holiday"

"We stayed at the villa for a week. The exterior was beautiful, lots of ground, the pool was nice and clean but smaller than it seemed on the website. Lots of outdoor space so for a group of us was great. The house inside was spacious and aircons in every room, what I was looking for. The only downside was the cutleries were worn off, washing machine, dishwasher and bathrooms need better maintenance. "

"La villa est bien situĂ©e sur l'Ăźle mais en bord de route trĂšs passante. L'intĂ©rieur est vieillot mais l'extĂ©rieur est magnifique. Nous sommes restĂ©s 24h sans eau chaude (chauffe-eau en panne un dimanche, on comprend que ça ne puisse pas ĂȘtre rĂ©glĂ© tout de suite) et 36h sans chasse d'eau (personnel devait venir la rĂ©parer mais il a fallu les rappeler plusieurs fois pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin, inadmissible!). Communication difficile, ne rĂ©pondent pas toujours au numĂ©ro d'urgence censĂ© ĂȘtre...

"Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy ."

"Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!"
