Villa Premiere - Cypress Lakes Resort

Minimum 2 night stay

Two bedrooms - Both with king size beds (can not be split into single beds)

Ensuite off the main bedroom

Breathtaking views from the large balcony

Linen & towels are included for 4 people.
Additional guests can stay at no extra charge but will need to bring their own towels & linen to sleep on our comfy couch, or bring an airbed.
The two couch ottomans can be pushed together to make a double bed.

There are internal stairs in the Villa.
Once you reach the top of the stairs, the bedrooms, living areas and kitchen are all on one level.

Private Villa’s have access to the private villa swimming pool - adjacent to Villa 520. The Oaks Resort require annual membership to the main pool, gym etc.

Golf
Golf Course: Cypress Lakes Resort by Oaks Hotels & Resorts overlooks the 18 hole championship golf course and offers cart and club hire and reduced green fees for resort guests. There is a driving range and a putting green. Tuition is available from a resident professional.

Cozy and peaceful with breathtaking views
The unit had everything we needed with comfortable bedding, very efficient climate control, great wifi, enormous tv for night time entertainment. Clean and well kept throughout. Loved the balcony with views to the mountains, farm land and vineyard.

Perfect Hunter Valley Stay!
We recently stayed for a girls weekend and it couldn't have been any better! The accommodation is perfect! It is located in a great, central spot with wineries, restaurants and shops close by. The place is spacious, with all of the household items you need readily available. Nada, the host is wonderful. She is quick to respond and very accommodating when changes were made! The perfect place to stay when in the Hunter!

View and rest are the for the win here!
Best features are the gorgeous view of the ranges especially at sunset and dawn, and the very comfortable bed. My sleep debt is now finally paid up and restored.

Thought it was in a great location for a weekend wedding in the Hunter. Great communication from the owner and easy with our toddler but we thought the bathrooms needed a good scrub.

MOST AMAZING PLACE!!
This was an amazing property to stay at, the villa was exactly as the photos showed and the rooms were extremely clean. Everything you could ever need was provided and the view was spectacular. The location is also perfect and was 5 minutes from most places. My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and really can’t wait to come back! Nada was amazing and sent me the details of check in and location of the villa almost immediately, also allowing us to check in at 12 and check out at 3 allowed us to have endless amount of time to do everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend !!!

Great location and Villa
We loved our Villa it had everything we needed and the communication with the property manager Nada was great. It was clean, well maintained and enough room for all of us. My husband loved the big screen TV especially with the NRL final over the weekend. The only thing I would recommend is providing a baby gate for the stairs as we had our 1 year old with us and had to constantly watch she didn’t go towards the stairs. We were told the property had stairs before hand but booked it anyway the property suited all our other needs.

Wonderful stay! Amazing views!
Nada was fantastic. Clear instructions and gave us an extra late check out. The property was great - clean and the most amazing views from the balcony. Star gazing from the balcony at night was stunning. Very central location so it was quick and easy to get everywhere. We’ll definitely be back 😊

Perfect accomodation
This is our second time back and it was just as lovely as the first time. Nada is the most accommodating host I have come across. She is so easy to deal with and responds very quickly. Such a comfortable stay. The only thing that I feel is missing for a fully serviced apartment would be a washing machine. Due to the rain and muddy grounds our kids went through their clothes in the first 2 days so the dryer was good for the clean/wet stuff but the washing machine would have been good to clean the dirty ones. All in all we would not hesitate to recommend this amazing villa and can't wait to come back.

Had a lovely stay for a couple of nights in Hunter Valley. Ideal location near vineyards and top restaurants so if you don’t want to do a lot of driving location is ideal. Nice big TV, comfy couches, and a deck overlooking vineyards…perfect!
