We are renting for August and September and please note that this is the first floor unit in a duplex home. The upstairs is occupied and not available for rental.

It is 1 off the ocean with beach and bay views. 3BR (sleeps 6), 1.5 bath indoor (1/2 bath in master bedroom; full hall bath w/ shower/tub) & outdoor private shower, Wrap around decks with Adirondack chairs, picnic table and grill. Central A/C, W/D, Cable/WiFi. Great room with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and den. 3 Sliding glass doors lead to decks. 2 car/SUV parking (NO trucks). 2 weekly beach passes included. Sorry, no pets. No smoking on entire property, indoors and outdoor. Please bring your bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, etc. There is room to store on the outside of the house. LBI is safe, but just in case please bring locks. The unit also has a small hotel style safe for valuables but anything in/around the house is your responsibility.
COVID may be over but we encourage everyone to continue to follow healthy COVID protocols. Please get vaccinated and update your boosters. Sanitary products are in the house to help keep the home clean. Pillows and blankets are provided for each bedroom but linens and and towels are not. Please bring yours. Private laundry is on-site for your exclusive use. Most LBI masks restrictions are now mask optional. But please respect the wishes of merchants, restauranteurs, service provides and others.
