The fire pit was an unexpected bonus - buy the wood from the roadside on your way up from Dunwich - $30 cash for a big crate load. We really loved the property as it’s quiet but convenient . The decor was lovely too ."

"One of our favourite places to stay, now that we know it exists! Snagged a school holiday booking at the last moment and we could not have asked for a better location. Normally we stay right on the Point with the fantastic ocean views, but just for something different we went 'bush'. We were not disappointed. Asked property manager to remove clothes dryer as there isn't one on-site. All other requests quickly managed and friendly helpful staff at all times. Visits from local fauna welcomed and...

"We found the unit suited our needs perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the unit was appointed. There was ample linen and kitchen essentials tennis rackets and balls. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated and the view from the round window was quite pleasant. We had a wonderful holiday with the unit as a base and the Cylinder Beach sunsets and swimming was dream like."
