This property is located right near Kalahari, which is exactly what we needed. The exterior of the house had Christmas lights up & could use a good power wash. Grass needed a good mow & gardens needed some tending to. Size of house was great for 4 adults & 2 kids.The neighborhood is easily walkable. Once inside it looks like the pictures, though some of the games were moved into the garage. Which wasn't a big deal. The interior was still a bit decorated for Christmas. The big front window shade is very heavy & we were afraid to operate it, so we left it closed. The house was dark bc of that. Rooms were all like the pictures. The upstairs bathroom toilet could probably use a new toilet seat, as it looks very "worn. " Beds (many memory foam) all decent, though my in-laws said the queen downstairs was uncomfortable. Downstairs shower leaked.Kitchen - very basic supplies that were scattered in various places. Pots/pans could be updated. We brought hand towels & ended up buying cooking utensils. No pot holders that we could find. Grill was great.Nice big driveway & basketball hoop. We couldn't find a basketball though.Hosts we're very responsive & easy to talk to. They answered all questions. You do pay a recreation fee (I think that's what it's called). That doesn't allow access to the community pool. You still have to pay 5 for each person each day. Hosts said it's for short term rental.Overall 4.5/5 - house just need some updates
