The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house located in the heart of Pocono Manor, just 5 minutes away from the famous Kalahari Waterpark. Our spacious and modern house offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for families and groups of up to 12 guests.
As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a ground floor that features an inground swimming pool with an option to be heated* perfect for a refreshing dip. You can lounge and relax in the seating area with a TV or take a refreshing shower in the full bathroom. Just off the pool room there is a hot tub big enough for 6. This level is ideal for entertaining and spending quality time with your loved ones.
On the main floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and TV, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The dining room features seating for 8, and the kitchen has an island and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The laundry area is also on this floor for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a wrap-around deck to enjoy the breathtaking views.
The 3rd floor features 3 bedrooms, one with a queen, one with a king, and one with 2 kings, accommodating up to 8 guests. There's also a full bathroom with a jetted tub and a half bathroom. The game area with 4 player ping pong and 2 arcades is perfect for bonding and creating memorable moments with your group.
Our house is located in Pocono Manor, close to several restaurants, shops, and entertainment. You're just a short 5-minute drive away from the Kalahari Waterpark, one of the most popular attractions in the area.

Please Note:
We have a very strict noise policy. This home is in a residential community and all guests must keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum. The neighborhood is very strict when it comes to this, so if you are planning to have loud music playing during your stay this is not the place for you. We do have noise monitoring devices in place that monitor the decibel levels of noise coming from the home. Should the levels reach a level that is not acceptable we will contact you and request the noise is limited. If guests fail to reduce the noise at that time they will be asked to leave.

***Security Deposit: Airbnb bookings do not require a security deposit. However, due to a software glitch in syncing our Airbnb listing with other platforms that may have such deposits, it might appear as if one is required. Rest assured, if you book directly through Airbnb, no security deposit will be necessary.***
In the winter months, it is highly advisable to have access to a vehicle equipped with All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4x4 capabilities. Although our roads and driveway are paved, heavy snowfall is possible, and having AWD or 4x4 will significantly enhance your mobility and safety.
Please note that we offer a starter pack of household essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and dish detergent. Additionally, if the property features a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, cleaning agents for those are also provided. We strongly advise guests staying for longer durations or with larger groups to bring their own supplies beyond the starter pack. Once the complimentary essentials are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them.
Furthermore, the house comes equipped with cooking ware such as pots, pans, plates, utensils, and baking dishes. However, personal grocery items like seasonings, flour, and sugar are the responsibility of the guests to provide.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?
-A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to arrive at 9am on a Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
Q. Do you offer any discounts or "can I you provide additional discounts because of x"?
-A. Our listed price is the best possible price we offer at this time.
Q. Do you supply fire wood?
-A. Fire wood is not something we supply, you will need to buy your own.
Q. What's the latest we can check in?
-A. Anytime after 5pm is fine, there is no cut off.
Q. Do we have to bring propane to use the grill?
-A. The property will have 1-2 propane tanks on site for guests to use, after those are used its up to the guest to refill them.
Q. Do I need to bring sheets or towels?
-A. All beds shown on the listing will have be made with their own linens prior to check-in. There is bath towels for the number of guests on your reservation provided. No extra sheets are included.
