ARROWHEAD COMMUNITY AMENITIES (Guest temporary membership required immediately after booking): 4 lake beaches w/ BBQ pits & picnic areas, playgrounds, fishing, boat rentals, lodge, fitness center, 3 swimming pools w/ baby pools (seasonal), tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, billiards room, ping pong, air hockey, computer area, library, seasonal sledding hill.

INDOOR LIVING: WiFi, Smart TVs, wood-burning fireplace, open layout, dining table

KITCHEN: Breakfast bar, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishware/flatware, drip coffee maker

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP: Arrowhead requires a temporary membership for all guests age 6 and over. In-Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $8.50/person (age 6 and up)/night OR 42.50/person/week; Off Season: $2.00/person (age 6 and up)/night; $20 vehicle fee per vehicle; $20 transaction fee. All community fees must be paid 3 full days prior to arrival or pay a $100 late registration fee.

Any fines incurred during your stay on the property by the guest will be the full responsibility of the guest.

The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
