- NOTE: Sledding is prohibited on the ski hills. There are sledding hills available in other areas
- NOTE: Fishing at the lakes is available with a $12 per person fee for restocking. A valid PA fishing license is required which can be obtained online or at the local Pocono Boat House on Route 940
- NOTE: Guests must pre-register with the HOA at least 72 hours before arrival. If guests do not pre-register 72 hours before arrival, there is a $35 late fee. The same applies to last-minute bookings
