- Basement made for entertainment - multiple leather sofas, 65" flat screen tv and numerous games! Dry bar and additional fridge
- Washer and dryer conveniently located on first floor

Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom on second floor with king size Tempur-Pedic, walk in closet and en suite bath with separate shower and tub, double sink vanity
- Bedroom 1 & 2 on first floor with shared bath in hall
- Bedroom 1 - queen bed
- Bedroom 2 - twin bunk beds and separate queen size bed
- Basement with queen bed

Location:
House is located in Locust Lake Village Rt 940 in Pocono Lake PA 10 min from Jack Frost ski area, 20 min from 'The Crossings Outlets and Camel Beach, 15 min from Mt. Airy Slot Casinos.

Locust Lake Village: Partially gated community is about 75% vacation renters. Village has several lakes that are stocked with trout. Lake also has bass and northern pike along with many pan fish. *** Owner will provide access to kayaks**** Lakes have lifeguard attended swimming area with sandy beaches. Bottom of swimming area is also sandy. Safe swimming area for young children. Floating dock for sunbathing. Full bathroom facilities and snack bar that provides drinks and snacks including hot dogs, pizza, nachos, ice cream...... shaded picnic area with tables and charcoal grills. Horseshoe pits and shuffleboard also available.

Village has lit tennis and basketball courts. To use amenities village requires guests 12 and older to purchase guest badges. 6 badges INCLUDED IN RENTAL, Cost is $9 per day for each additional.
****** Winter Activities: Village has its own ski hill with T-bar lift. Chalet at ski hill has snacks, Wi Fi, and a big screen TV. Lit sledding/ tubing hill, and lit skating are weather dependent. LLV charges $5 per car for a registration per security. Township Registration #- 005628
