"The setting is most charming with incredible mountain scenery. The complex is compact allowing a short walk to any of the amenities. The staff at the restaurants are very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back and will recommend to family and friends. "

"This is a wonderfully kept property with very gratuitous host and hostess. Our room had 2 queen beds, a love seat, a table, small refrigerator, and a microwave. We were visiting Cass Scenic Railway and Morning Glory Inn is one of the few lodging options in the area to offer breakfast. This is a rural area that primarily focuses on the winter ski trade. "Nice place overall. Carpet could be replaced, kitchen sink drains slow, small microwave over sink not operating."

"Love the location! Disliked the elevator not working and the we were on the 4th floor…. Luggage was a nightmare. Our room had one toilet paper roll and no one to call for more, they charge for towels to be switched out. Was not that impressed with Rimfire. "

"I made the reservation about 3 weeks before my arrival and received a confirmation number. After 5 hrs driving I got to the resort on arrival date around 9pm. To my surprise the front desk told me they did not have a reservation. I showed my VRBO reservation number and the lady told me the host needed to input the reservation into the resort system. I called the phone number listed on the VRBO property page and the lady who picked up told me she will try to input the reservation into the resort...

"Great location in Snowshoe Village; secure, clean parking garage. Condos individually decorated; ours was Pier1off the shelf. Bathroom and kitchen clean; kitchen adequately supplied. "

"Not as much going on in the Summer vs Winter of course, most of the building/restaurant closed this time of year. Other places close by had some activity. However it was quiet, and clean. Was there for the Cass Train Ride. Suited us just fine for a place to stay 2 nights. "

"The unit was beautifully renovated and overlooks the village. Fantastic location for our family. Very clean and accommodating owners. Great for a family of 2-4. Will definitely be booking this property again!"

"Really enjoyed the stay- everything was as described. Clean and well cared for. Communication was great and the e guestbook was very helpful! Got in some great runs on the mountain and was able to enjoy the evening night life. Would stay again, for sure!"

"The property suited our purpose. We were disappointed that the screen door did not close, because our dogs weren't able to see outside when we were there, and the view from the front was not that inviting."
