"The unit is fine. The management company is inexperienced, sign in process is very cumbersome and the uploaded documents failed each time to be received, had to be texted separately each time. The Wi-Fi password did not work at my initial stay and when I stayed a second time in the space the same Wi-Fi error still exists in their welcome package. I have used my wife’s Vrbo account to stay in several other places so much easier than this management company. I had plumbing issue the first I...

"Minus all the bed frames being broken and there being no air conditioning or fans, the house itself is very nice, I just don’t feel like it’s “Vrbo” rental ready. There was a for sale sign infront of the house which explains the staged furniture feel! All the slats under the bed were either out of place or missing a few which made my kids describe their nights rest like sleeping on a camels back! "

"I can’t gush enough about this place. The host is an absolute gem who somehow manages to balance being instantly accessible while also very respectful of privacy. Check in and check out were a breeze. The place is so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful garden, all natural fibers for bedding/throw blankets/towels, high end appliances, and thoughtful details throughout. In the garden are birds, butterflies, dragonflies, fountains, trees, and fragrant flowers. This is pretty much heaven on earth."
