"Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It had all the utensils and items needed to feel right at home. The surrounding area was also clean and safe… check in was a breeze and so was checkout including checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property itself was fine. The tv would not work and it took 3 calls to maintenance. Once they got it on, it kept skipping and freezing every 10-15 seconds for the remainder of the visit. So trying to relax was immensely frustrating, especially with 3 kids wanting to chill and watch tv. "

"Massanutten itself is a great facility, but a bit dated in a lot of ways. They keep adding new things, but do not really keep what they have current or updated. "

"Family "snow" vacation; skiers, snow boarders, and tubers all had great time. We even had a couple of teens spend the day at the water park. House was very convenient and clean. Unfortunately the photos of the rooms are old. Living room only had seating for 3 people and there were only 2 dining room chairs that could be moved to provide more. No air hockey, but there was the addition of a PacMan video game. There was plenty of dishware, but very few glasses. All in all a good experience, but...

"Lovely home for my family of five plus dog to enjoy a winter getaway. Lots of fun for the kids and very good accommodations for all of us. We'd like to come back sometime in the summer."

"This location is very nice amd our family had a good time. The property was clean, aligned with the pictures and had quite a bit of parking. The one issue we had is that this location is listed as a ski in-ski out and it is NOT. That option required us to walk down the hill which is very impractical. "

The two living areas provided options for the kids and adults to have their own spaces to gather. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, and the close proximity to the resort amenities. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have more couch seating on the main floor to accommodate more than 5 adults, but we made it work. "

"I was forced to get off the interstate by a snowstorm. The Clarion Pointe Hotel was a great (mostly lucky) choice. I picked it for its location and the reasonable price. The lobby and breakfast room were spacious and pretty and the room was all I needed. All the the staff were very friendly. Special shout-out to Laura at the front desk who helped me with all my requests - from needing mayo and plastic utensils for my meals, to opening the blinds in the breakfast room so I could watch the snow...
