"We were a big group of 8 people. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The listing was very accurate and communicating with everyone was very easy. The location was excellent as we were literally on the beach. Waking up in the morning to the Ocean view and hearing the waves at night, were AWESOME. I highly recommend this home. "

"The accommodations were beautiful, the layout was so great , we were 9 adults , the place was huge , everyone had there own bed. The sunsets were amazing incredible, even better than the pictures. And Claudia and Elsi were very accommodating, and so so helpful. Hope to be back someday !"

"We had a wonderful week at Casa Milor. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our days taking advantage of the outside area, moving between the pool, the beach and the hammocks/pavilion area in the shade. Marciel and Melvin the caretakers are wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. They even built us a bonfire on the beach one night! There is a beach bar with good food within walking distance on the beach which was convenient and we also enjoyed going into...

"This beachfront property was amazing! Two balconies with fans provided a great relaxing spot to watch the sunset and the world below. We had great communication with the owner. He went above and beyond on providing information. Will definitely reserve this place again when in town. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Abdo. Incredible view. Sunsets were spectacular. Great layout. Beautiful pool. Friendly and responsive staff. And we all loved Biscuit the cat. "

"This is my second time staying at this beautiful home in San Juan del Sur. My family and I had a great time during our way too short 3 night stay. We loved hanging out by the pool, played table games, read books while relaxing on the hammock, cooked and made awesome memories. There was a little private dip pool at the house which was a nice surprise.The community of Pelican Eyes was once a great community -- and then the management went bankrupt, so parts of it feel abandoned (the restaurants are closed, paths are unpaved, etc.) That said, there seems to be new management investing back in the community such that in a year or two, I'd expect it to be back in action (they've already beautifully redone two...
