"The room was delightful, cool, and refreshing. I appreciated the nice robes and large towels, as well as the plethora of lighting options. The washer dryer was a nice bonus! Some cozy blankets in the living area and shorter entry code to the door would have been appreciated. Also, at a hotel that caters to tourists, having front desk clerks that don’t speak English is a little frustrating. "
"The beach was the most unique and beautiful part of the stay. We had our own private beach it seemed. Not crowded. The staff was so amazing. Soledad at the buffet went above and beyond. Miguel and Alejandro at the swim up bar were so attentive and the drinks were made to order. I’ll be back just as long as the people running it and the beach remain the same.

"The hotel is very colorful and quiet despite the fact it's right at central area. 5 mins walks from the Pier, the beaches and close to all restaurants and bars. The hotel facility is clean, room is spacious and clean as well. Continental breakfast included. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend for anyone to stay here when travel to Puerto Vallarta."

"This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. "check for inefficiency. I don't have reception at night. I sent an email saying that I would arrive late and there was no one at the hotel. I stayed on the street at night with suitcases. the next day the reception said it was my problem. very old room. old dependencies. good pool. There's no one in the bar. good location. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. not worth the price."

The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with."
