"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. "Our stay was perfect! The house is extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. Port D’Andratx is a beautiful place and a great base to visit Palma and the west coast of the Island. Isabel was always very attentive and helpful. We had a great time and recommend this property!"

"Juan ist ein total engagierter Gastgeber, bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir bereits erwartet. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich und besitzt eine geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt zwei separate Bäder. Im Kamin war bereits alles für ein Feuer vorbereitet (es gibt jede Menge kostenloses Brennholz), ansonsten gibt's auch eine Klimaanlage. Für den Pool war es im Januar zwar zu kalt, aber vorbereitet wäre alles gewesen. Wir bekamen zudem diverse Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das...

"Der Aufenthalt bei Margarita war sehr schön. Das Haus biete Ruhe und alles, was man für einen gelungenden Aufenthalt braucht. Hervorzuheben ist das Konzept der Nachhaltigkeit, welches von Margarete bei dem Haus umgesetzt wurde. So wird das Haus durch Solar bzw. Photovoltaik mit Strom versorgt und Wasser erwärmt. Ich kann das Haus von Herzen empfehlen"

It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. "Wir haben 1 Woche Ende September hier in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Es ist in echt noch viel schöner und größer als auf den Fotos. Juan der Vermieter hat uns in Soller an der Tankstelle abgeholt und zum Haus eskortiert und alles erklärt. Allein hätten wir den Weg sonst nämlich nicht so leicht gefunden. Die Warnungen und Beschreibungen der Straßenverhältnisse sollten wirklich Ernst genommen werden und auch nicht unterschätzt werden. Die letzten Kurven vorm Haus sind ziemlich...

"Das Haus ist schön groß und der Garten riesig, aber sehr ungepflegt. Leider wurde die Dachterrasse und der Pool erst am 2./3. Tag nur halbherzig gereinigt (Schade, wenn msn nur 5 Tage da ist. Dabei ist es dort wunderschön. Insgesamt würde dem Haus weniger Plastikblumen, bunte Solarlichter und Duftstäbe gut tun. Zu viel… Wir haben als drei Freundinnen die Zeit dort trotzdem sehr genossen, weil man ungestört eine entspannte Zeit verbringen konnte und von dort tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen...

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"

Paraíso da ilha !!!

"Hotel maravilhoso,frente ao mar… com uma ciclovia que passava em frente e convinda toda a ilha… bike 10.00 euros ao dia .. uma pedalada de 35 min até a Catedral em Palma… pedalei todos os dia ao Sol e sentindo a brisa do mar … paisagem deslumbrante… hotel perfeito… café da manhã continental com variedade em tudo… serviços em excelência… quarto com sacada de frente nos proporciona o melhor sunset … quero voltar a Maiorlla nesse hotel… amei… "

Disappointing

"The hotel is far from a 4 star hotel. The room is somewhat comfortable with a great view (seaside). The air conditioning isn't great, the breakfast is okay. The location is terrible in my opinion, the street is noisy and full of drunk tourists, it’s pretty far from palma, about 30 mins (i thought it was closer when i looked at the map, my mistake) The beach in front of the hotel is rather nice but packed with loud and drunk tourists. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot, and some days it was really difficult to park close to the hotel. The hotel should at least have a bellboy to help with bags, as they don’t offer parking inside the hotel. In general i expected more from a 4 star hotel. Me and my wife were woken up a couple of times by drunk clients coming in at 4 am as well. I wouldn’t recommend this for someone looking for a calm and high quality hotel."

Bom hotel

"O hotel é muito bom, tem uma excelente localização. Cafe da manhã bem variado. Porém quando reservei, um dos filtros que usei era a estacionamento disponível, o que se encontra na descrição do hotel. Porém para minha surpresa não tem estacionamento. Isso me deixou frustrada. "
