"The stay was fine but grupotel charged us more than what was agreed. I had booked the stay through hotels.com for a fixed amount and the hotel chared us ten percent higher. When we reached out to Grupotel, they said talk to Hotels.com, while Hotels.com says you need to talk to grupotel. Now they are saying that the extra charges are forex charges. The currency has not fluctuated and who charges tehn percent as forex charges. Hotels.com rates are not trustworthy. "

"Slightly biased review as I'm a timeshare owner here, however when like on this occasion I want a trip outside of owned weeks I will only stay here Every aspect of the place you literally cannot fault. Everything on The doorstep, next to bus station, cleanliness of the entire resort is superb, lovely pool area with plenty of beds, Bar and restaurant has friendly staff and evening entertainment. It literally is home from home "

"As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. I really enjoyed the apartment and seating area out the front. This propert was only available for 1 night but after the 2 subsequent evenings elsewhere at another...

"Lovely villa. Will stay again"

"Second time here & it is ideal in it's location to the town, restaurants, bars, etc. We love the apartments, the gardens & the restaurant. The only things that slightly let it down this year was the swimming pool was not heated - this in Winter is a big reason for going - and the apartment was a little tired. It needs sprucing up. But it was still lovely."

"I would highly recommend this villa to all...whether it's for couples, family or friends. I went with my 9 year old son...it had everything you could possibly need in the area, within walking distance.The villa itself was amazing and lacked nothing. "Nice spacious villa and outside area, handy location with coastal walk, Faro Park shops, good choice of restaurants and bus stop for Playa Blanca bus30. Pool heating issue on arrival was resolved promptly with immediate responses by host and maintenance team. Taxis seem in short supply in PB at moment and buses bit hit and miss so would recommend car."

"Well equipped villa with an amazing heated pool suitable for winter swimming. The villa has all necessary self-catering facilities including full oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine.. Wi-fi was good quality. Host (Andrew) very polite and supportive. . Flamingo Beach and town centre can both be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes (dependant on how fast you walk) but the walks to either are pleasant. Beds comfortable. Would definately recommend to...

"O Hotel tem óptimas condições e uma grande variedade de atividades para as crianças. Os profissionais são muito atenciosos e a limpeza dos quartos é excelente. Para quem quer cozinhar (quarto com cozinha) há uma enorme falta de material (n havia faca, pano da loiça, esfregão, etc). Mas o pior na minha opinião é a acessibilidade. Os carros ficam à porta do hotel e a distancia da entrada para o quarto são cerca de 500metros, que não tem problema algum quando é só para transportar malas e compras....
